5lb Challenge - Week 6

Can you believe this is the 6th week? It feels like just yesterday my crazy brain dreamt up a group challenge and here we are in the final week.
Due to the upcoming holiday weekend and some people meeting, even exceeding, their goals, you can use this post as an early check in. I've added 3 smilies just for the babes. This way you can "click in" how much you've lost:
Next week, I'll post a 5lb challenge wrap up thread as a place for anyone who was out of town over the weekend to check in.
Now end this week with a bang, you've still got 7 days to eek out 1lb, and as teensy as that sounds, we all know how great it is when they all add up.

I am down another 2.5 for a Beaker Babe Challenge Loss of 9 pounds so far. I am aiming to get that last pound off before the end of the week.
I am so glad that we are posing virtual lard as the real thing would be pretty gross.
I've lost 6 pounds - after this weekend, I hope I don't end up heading the werong way the final week!
well, not enough commitment last week and the scale hasn't budged. oh well, i've still got this week left to go. i won't be meeting my goal (7lbs), but how can i not smile to a beaker of bulge gone?
hmmm, only down a pound at weigh in friday. but I know what was responsible, and I'm going to work hard to lose more by this friday.
So far I'm down 9.2 pounds, and if I at least blast away .8 by friday, I will have met the pie in the sky goal I put myself down for (I committed to 1 beaker, but said I'd shoot for 2).

Only down .5 pounds, but it puts me over a beaker! One more week... I'd love to see another pound come off. I know I can't control the scale, but that would be nice.
I am down to 158 so that is goal along with an additional pound. This week I will just work on maintaining the loss.
Darn, was down 4 pounds and suddenly gained 3!
Don't know what's up. Doubt that it's that I'm growing that much muscle that fast. (Wouldn't that be nice!)
I'll keep trying and post next Tuesday.
Oops, I fell off track, fellow Beaker Babes. I fear I've gained a few. It all started when I went away for five days on a work trip two weekends ago. I never got back in line with my eating until the last day or two. I did get back to my workouts this past weekend, so that's good! I also had a migraine on Saturday, though, so that's bad!
Ah well, live and learn. I'm starting back to WW meetings Friday with some co-workers, so maybe THAT will be the kick in the pants I need.
Congrats, everyone! You're coming into the home stretch. I myself will be happy to be back to where I was at the beginning of our challenge by the end of it!
Stepped on the scale this morning, and I'm down to 157, so we are looking at:

Closing out the week with another half a pound gone for a total of 5.5lbs. Sweet!

only down 2.5 pounds hd a bad couple of weeks of eatin but am determined to get back on track congrads to everyone else who lost you guys are a great insperation. keep up the good work.
Okay - my final Beaker Babe weigh in shows me down 2 pounds this week for a total Beaker babe loss of 11 pounds.
So, there ya go, Renee. And, I don't evah wanna see it again. Say, "Goodbye Fat!"
Oh - and I can't claim all of the credit for the weight loss this week. I have been so glued to the hurricane coverage that I haven't been going to the kitchen for food. Sigh.
Final Beaker Babe weigh-in: 199.7, down from 206.7. 7 pounds gone! And I really didn't do anything the first whole 4 weeks!!!! I reached my goal of a beaker and a half -- yay me!
