First here are the date ranges. I'll add them to my trusty sidebar later. Now that the beakers of regained fat have been removed, I have room to play. The beakers will come back as the weight is lost.
Quarter Dates
#1 - 1/8 - 4/7
#2 - 4/8 - 7/6
#3 - 7/7 - 10/4
#4 - 10/5 - 1/2
Q1 Goals
- Lose 10-12.5lbs
- Lose 4% body fat
- Reduce BMI 1.5 pts
- Walk/Run 250 miles
- 64oz H2O daily
- Heartrate check in*
*Will take official read on Sunday 1/15 and each quarter just report where it's at.
