Hey, so since I don't currently cook, I don't have many recipes to share. I do have my feeble flavoring enhancements, like my cottage cheesy pasta for frozen dinners, but here's a dessert I swear by.
Step 1) Take a banana.
Step 2) Take a 40 calorie fudgsicle.
Step 3) Bite one.
Step 4) Immediately bite the other.
Step 5) Chew.
*Totally optional, but cram a few walnuts in there too and you are good to go.
You'll swear you are eating a sundae. And the good news, it's only 140 calories vs. Dairy Queen's medium chocolate sundae that's a whopping 400 calories. When you are done, your senses won't know the difference.
The only thing I can't figure out is, how the fudgsicle manages to claim it has 2 gms of fiber? Pfffft. Yea right. Unless they intend for me to chew the stick, I call shenanigans.

Yeah, I wondered the same thing about fiber in the fudge/creamsicles and posted about it a while back. Turns out, either the maltodextrin or polydextrose have a fiber count...who knew?
