Only way to go is down

Now that the sweat beads have no where to hide…

drip drip drip

...they've found a new home. My t-shirt...

basic gray tee, or is it?

Oh, but that's not big picture, b/c you must see the big picture to fully appreciate what it is I'm trying to convey.

dee-renched

Hard as it is to believe, I did not wipe my face in the shirt. That entire stain is courtesy of sweat beads after sweat beads bead dripping down my chin for almost an hour, actually more like 40 mins since I don't sweat much till I hit the 20 min mark.

Yeesh! Had I stayed in the gym longer, can you imagine what body part arrow would be pointing @.

I love your new haircut, Renee. Looks so stylish. And I'm jealous of all that sweat! Mine usually covers the clavicle area, but I've never soaked the entire front of a t-shirt! Keep it up.

Also wanted to again compliment you on the podcasts, especially your commitment to doing one every day. I'll be traveling for a few days and look forward to catching up when I get back.

GROSS! I mean, um, good for you! (seriously, good for you.) I do the same thing, my shirt is soaked after my workout, and my bra is indescribable. And my hair never dries from the sweat. Yeah, exercise is so glamorous...

Renee! Your podcast are great! I don't want to freak you out or anything, but you really have a lovely voice! I think that's such a neat thing to do, but I can't believe that you have dial up! girl you need to get dsl!!

you must get some dri-weave shirts. I am a champion sweater, and I still soak through when I wear a dri-weave, but I learned really quickly while running outside in Texas in August that cotton is the hottest thing you can wear. Even on the TM with the fan blowing head-on, it feels miserable in a cotton shirt. Wal_Mart, believe it or not, has a pretty good selection of dri-weave workout clothes. I think they have the Champion brand there. Makes such a difference -- you dont' feel like you're going to die from being so hot.

Oh my goodness.

I'm sorry! I just can't stop laughing!

 *hugs*  Forgive me? Please?

Well, girl, what does that tell you?

IT TELLS YOU THIS: Your doing it!!

Woooo Congrats!  smirky mc smirksalot

Ahhh Dry Weave, I knew there had to be a solution. I was going to start wearing a black tee. Thx Skatemom!

Hi Renee,

I stumbled across your site today. Nice site. Hang in there with the weight loss. It will happen. I weighed over 400 pounds three years ago. Lost about 160 and have kept it off since. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

Check out my site. (www.breadandmoney.com) It focuses on weight loss, real food and better health.

Good luck,
Richard Morris
