The incremental losses since Monday may have more to do w/all the fiber and water sloshing around in my system than anything else.

I always use the first week of a challenge to work out kinks and find flaws in the plan. Everything looks good on paper till you put it into action. Like I'm learning I need to leave a bit earlier in the AM and I need a better plan of toting all my grub w/me. I'll also log more detailed notes about calories & nutrient breakdown. I keep harping about June being hectic, so I'm pretty proud I @ least gave it a shot in getting some normalcy back to my losing routine.

A big help was a daily checklist I designed, that listed out what I need to consume (vitamin or food group) @ what time. It would help if I could find that paper blank face and I'm still tweaking what it is I'll actually be eating.

All in all, emotional stuff aside, it's been a pretty good week. I've been able to dry run all the routines, new cardio, new weight DVD, I'll be doing abs tonight. And over the weekend I can tighten up my plan of attack.

Quick note on today and tomorrow, tomorrow is my official last day as a single gal apartment dweller, which for some reason, makes me extremely sad. I was over there yesterday doing some cleaning and found myself still mourning the end when I thought I was over it. So for reasons that have nothing to do w/the obvious, I really can't wait for Saturday to get here already.

June has been an extremely long month.
