My mood is still quite sour. I thought I'd have an early nite, since I was up so early. I hit the hay @ 10 and tossed and turned for over an hour, too many thoughts rattling my brain and/or my tummy was in knots. @ 11:15 I gave in and took 2 sleeping pills and conked out a ½ hour later. Making me too groggy and spacey to wake up super early. I'll do lower body strength training later today. I'm still nursing a tension headache.

This too shall pass...
