Daily Weigh In: 194 :(

Nutrition*
- fiber one, cheerios, raisins, soy milk

- plain non-fat yogurt, lf cc, blueberries, blackberries, carrots, cauliflower w/ranch dressing

- 4 baby-sized baby ruths (I think its the hormones)

Training*
Rest Day.

*When it's hot, I nosh. Plain and simple. No cooking, nothing heavy, small lite finger food. Factor in that I'm beat and conked out napping earlier I woke up a bit more hungry than usual. Bah. Not throwing in the towel for the rest of this week, but gonna play it by ear. I want to get in 2 more cardio sessions this week and @ least do lower body and abs else I end up being all lopsided @ the end of this challenge :\

As you can tell from this AM's quote I'm debating whether or not to rest today since it's my official day and all. Thinking Sunday was rest day, and seeing a slight upward tick in the daily weigh in makes me feel like no.

But...

The heat & mentally makes me think, yeah. Mentally cuz it'll help me establish a routine, if I workout today I'll end up resting out of whack sometime towards the end of the week. Plus, I said was I sleep tired yesterday, boy was I. I remember driving home and the humid air lulling me to sleep, I had my eyes in little slits trying to concentrate on the car in front of me, which actually made it worse.

Luckily I made it safely off the exit ramp. I went to the gym b/c I was too tired to fight myself and dragged a bit, I did the treadmill first thinking if I got on the elliptical, I tend to close my eyes to listen to the audiobook, I'd fall asleep.

It took about 45 mins but I got a second wind and felt peppy enough to do my weight lifting (arms) when I got home. But, I had to force myself to stay up, had to take a phone call @ 8:30, and promptly conked out when I was done.

All that being said, yea, I'll rest up. I'm not physically tired, just hot and sleepy. Plus I didn't tote my gym bag so I think I settled my inner debate. I'll prolly still do weights, legs and abs, later tonight.
