Yesterday AM I woke up and my throat was so parched it hurt to swallow. Not sure why, I got plenty of water Sunday. Who knows...I may have sweated it out during the night. To be safe I guzzled an extra liter. This morning it felt smooth as silk.

I'm finishing up leftovers the early part of this week. The luxury of having a full sized fridge meant things could sit in it for months on end. Not true for me anymore…

…my tiny freezer is packed to the gills and the sole shelf I have in the fridge section is full.

Yesterday was for finishing up weekend leftovers and today I have some soy burgers I picked up a few weeks back and single serving ½'s of swt potato. Not as yummy as the casserole I had last week, but it's getting eaten.

I'm so excited! The farmer will be by today. Not sure what I'm getting, it depends on what's on special. My plan to buy fruits every few days seems to be working.

From Saturday's shopping, today I'll polish off my last two plums, the blueberries should keep for the rest of the week, leaving me w/2 'nanas. I'll have one tomorrow AM and tonight I'll savor one w/my Deelish Deesert.

I'm a bit out of it today. Terribly tired, sleepy tired. I got up @ insane AM and went right back to bed. When I'm too tired to make it across the room to shut off the alarm, I know I'm too tired to drive a vehicle that early in the morning.

I'd like to do an insane AM workout tomorrow, even though it's my rest day, but I rested Sunday and need the calorie burn. But depending on what time I get in tonight and how quickly I can knock out my online work, I may go to bed early enough to do the early AM thing, otherwise, I'll just chalk the rest of this week to PM cardio and do full body weights, arms and buns in 30 mins twice this week vs. 15 mins 4 times this week.
