Hrrrmmm...maybe I should do a daily countdown after all...I'm completely lost...
I think I'm going to give up trying to wake up @ insane AM on Mondays. No matter how beat I am, how much napping I avoid Sunday, how heavy my eyelids are that I can barely keep them open, the minute my head hits the pillow, my mind starts to race.
Only on Mondays.
It works out for the best, especially b/c I have to lug all my supplies for the week. Now I'll do my AM workout routine in the PM...this will get me nice and sleepy by the time I get home.
I had another post in mind, but it left me, so I'll post a few random tidbits:
- Dim bulb that I am, I figured out why Geenee wasn't downloading the tunes, I was plugging in the charger...it's been too damn long since I used her regularly.
- Remember how I wondered what would stop people from changing the channel in the gym? Duh...the console on the cardio machine controls what you hear, not what you see *slaps forehead* so yesterday when I was ipodless, I zapped around all 9 stations till I found something to listen too and ended listening to the music they already blast in the gym. For some reason it sounded better directly in my ears. ![]()
- Another example of how the treadmill tried to kill me...after the 45 mins was done, it put me in a 10 min cool down. Being a smartass, I decided to hold on, forcing my ♥ rate to drop, and each minute, it dipped in mph. I was cruising along @ 1.8 mph when all of a sudden just like that, it stopped, telling me, the cool down ♥ rate, 116, was reached and to get the hell off.
I was mid stride and almost fell flat on my face. I know the lady behind me snickered. I would've.
