- organic 'nana (the culprit! more below)

- best burger evah!!: organic burger w/shrooms doused in A1, topped w/sour cream and wedge of avocado on the side

This week to do 5 4 3 sessions 90 mins cardio; 3 sessions weights (3 abs, 3 arms, 3 buns)

*groan* I'm not going to make weights this week. It's all good being that it was a tentative anyway, if-I'm-a-perfect-girl schedule anyways. That'll be what I strive for, but starting next week I'm dropping it down to 2 doable sessions, more Sunday. I totally meant to hit the gym, bags packed and all, alternate plan, but something came up. More below.

I had a story about the 'nana missing gym, but am EXTREMELY busy today. Didn't want to go ghost, especially after yesterdays cussfest. Weight-fitness wise, I'm fine. Life-wise, mucho is going on. Bear w/me, I'll fill y'all in shortly.
