Today I'll give it to myself, it wasn't a solid 7, I woke up a few times, but I feel rested enough.

I promised to keep it real, @ all costs, around here...but I lied to y'all.

Not one word of that filthy statement is true.
Not only have I been running @ 190+lbs, huffing, puffing and the urge to keel over aside, I've damn near been enjoying it.
So run* on my sisters in pudge, and sole brethren that reads this site

Renee.. you are so adorable. I Love your posts, and Im so proud of you. I wish I was 190 ...ahh.... soon, soon. But hey, how do you manage not to get bored of cardio?

How do I manage? I dunno, I really take it day by day. Like yesterday right, I didn't want to do 90 mins, but as I drove in, and I was sitting @ a traffic light, I reached over to get my water bottle and felt the smudge of pudge against my hip. My brain just clicked and was like, You are gonna do 90 mins today dammit!
And I couldn't mentally do a full hour on the elliptical, so I set it for 55 mins...
...mind games...that's all it is.
You'd better keep running! I'm going to have to get down there and run with you one day!!
My bloglines isn't updating - thought you'd stopped posting a couple of weeks ago! Lots of catching up to do. Go the Beach... we're going to start it on Sept 4, after the move!

good for you! I am joining a gym this week and I intend to embarress myself by moving my 199 lb body as much as I can.
