Ok ladies and the sole guy that read my site
, I'm going off the beach for a few days, heading to the marshy low country of SC to be exact, where curious kittens await my finger poking hands…

...oh wait…my mom is there too ![]()
Now, here's the thing. I can be all magnanimous and proclaim I'll walk the str8 and narrow eating wise the entire time I'm gone or I can be direct and say, "I don't know what will happen. I do know I really want to eat @ Ryans while I'm there."
So here's the compromise, I will workout as per usual, I found the nearest Golds and printed out directions, it's 10 minutes away from the cats. I also recorded my weight lifting routine and zapped it to my ipod, I'm quite resourceful ain't I? This way I can follow along in time. Back in the day, when I travelled, I wrote out the routine but rushed thru it. Activity wise I (and the cats) am set.
I'll stop @ the supermarket to pick up kitten food. Oh and phase 1 approved breakfast snacks and pm eats while I'm there. I'll leave my lunch plans open to eat whatever.
Besides, now that I emotionally feel the Boca chili incident of ought six is gonna fug w/my overall results, I was planning to doing up phase 1 all proper like next week anyway.

YEY! Kitten finger pointing! One of the great American pass times. I hope you have a great time, and that whole plan to keep your lunch open is a great idea, I mean when you're on vacation, you want to be able to relax and have fun, no worry about your diet all day long. So kudos to you.
