Well then.

After extolling the virtues of one Boca chili, I was flabbergasted, flabbergasted I say, to flip the box over and discover it's intended audience is phase 2 and phase 3 south beach diet peeps.

I flew into a homicidal rage.

I wanted to hop in my '03 Corolla, down a bottle of tequila, drive all the way to Malibu (from Atlanta), promptly get pulled over by a 19 year old sheriffs deputy @ which point I'll launch into a incoherent tirade, hurl racial epithets as I ogle the other male deputy and ask him, "What the hell are you looking at sugar dick?"

But I didn't.

I just made a mental note: next time read the entire box.

I dunno the goody goody teacher's pet side of me feels like I need to do this for real for real and view this week as a trial period. Boca chili aside, I'm doing pretty good and did toy w/the idea of doing this for a week 3, possible week 4.

The rest of the week isn't a complete wash, I still have a fridge full of food to consume. Plus I don't think any of you fine folks out there are going to ring up good ole' Dr. Agaston and rat me out right? B/c if he thinks he's going to call me and bitch about me eating a phase 2 food during phase 1, he'll get an earful about the sodium count in those wraps.
