Biggest Loser 50 States - E10

Welcome back Biggest Loser! How I've missed you so. Has it really been two weeks? Don't ever leave me again *sniffle*

Now onto the show...

Last time, players found out the game had changed. It's now every fat cell for themselves. Old alliance fell apart. The men got catty and did each other in. Erik is the 3rd person in biggest loser history, all 3 seasons mind you, to lose 100lbs. Wylie doesn't get why he lost no weight after burning more than 3000 calories.

Looking back now, I should've guessed Erik was going to boot Marty. He didn't wear a blue shirt. He wore stripes. Very telling.

Hot dayum, Wylie looks great.

Cue theme song ::singing:: It's never too late to tryyyyyyyyyy. We need a change...Yea! Do it today. Yea! ::end singing::

The sun rises on the ranch. New girl Adrian is getting out of bed. Why the hell is she wearing a blue shirt?!!?? Foretelling much?

She lost 54lbs

Heather is pumping iron and while biking. I still hate u.

Erik is the last Team Blue standing, he dreads telling Trainer Bob the news that he sold his boy Marty out.

Bob totally won't recognize me in these cool kids shades

Here come Trainer Ken and Barbie, dammit I mean Kim and Bob. Heyyyyyyyyyyyy you are soooooo busted NBC. It used to be Angel Bob and Devil Jillian, now we have Trainer Ken and Barbie, Kim and Bob, K & B.

Trainer Kim still has 3 of her teammates. Bob, seeing solo Erik, says he's so mad he can't see str8. Methinks there will be a hellacious workout ahead.

Erik took that individual game seriously. Bob pulls Erik aside and asks him if he's nuts….

@#$#

No really, what kinda nut are you? I'm thinking you're a walnut. No? Pecan? Fine. You're a cashew.

More on the Fast

Technical Update: Support knows about the errors and did something that may have fixed it. If you still can't comment, meaning you get an error page w/Bart Simpsons face, please continue to report it. Thanks!

********

I've gotten some replies to my upcoming fast and wanted to address some of the concerns. First and foremost the fast isn't to lose weight. Matter of fact when I start, and it's looking to be Sunday not Friday, I'm doing away w/my weekly 1lb goals. I'll still track my weight and take the daily pudge pic, but all of that is mainly for historical reasons.

My body and mind just feel like sludge. Yes eating more balanced in the last few weeks has me feeling better overall, but the habits I got myself into prior to that remain. I'm scarfing down my food. I'm not chewing fully. I'm not eating when hungry. I'm eating while I'm distracted by the TV or web. Food doesn't taste like anything. I'm not even hungry.

For the most part, my digestive system just feels like it needs a break. But it's more than that.

What I Said

There is no Biggest Loser this week. Instead, allow me to share my take on this season to date. I chillax @ a TeeVee forum and in reply to this statement...

this is supposed to be an inspirational program ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS. I've watched every episode ... and I still have no idea

...this is what I had to say...

Topics covered:

  • Recapping the last week of eats

  • Callie attacks my hair
  • A bit more about the food delivery meals I started
  • My insides feel different, I no longer feel like Brandon Davis looks *snerk*

Some notes, the video jumps around a bit. YouTube's max is 10 mins. I had to trim it. In some areas I didn't transition smoothly. I'll get better :)

Oh and each week, in the end credits, I'll do shout outs. If you don't see your name this week, it's cuz you never commented silly goose :p lol

Naw, it's cuz the text box is limited. The names will change each week. Be sure to comment or email and watch each episode religiously. If not for me, do it for the random cameo of Callie :D

Week 1 Weigh In

Callie @ 11 Weeks

She's a week or two younger than 11 weeks in these flicks, but I liked them, so here ya go.

Never let it be said she ain't a well read cat...

Favorite mag: O!

Not only does Mt. Clothesrack make an excellent climb, it's a great place to catch a snooze...

Resting @ the base

It wasn't to be forever, apparently her love of Mr. Teddy took a nasty turn. I haven't seen him since...

Quiet you!

Biggest Loser 50 States - E9

For the record, I am officially pissed tonight ep competes w/Mama's Family.

Since my last update, 2 Homeys have rejoined to show. Jealously @ the ranch prevails. Cutey Patootey Tenn Bob was sent packing last week, 7 states remain: Alaska, Utah, North Dakota, Arkansa, Florida, Missouri and Erik, I mean NY *snerk*

Can I just say wow @ Missouri Marty and Florida Wylie, they look amazing!

What have you done today to make you feel proud? No I'm not singing the theme song, I'm asking you. Yes you!

As of now, the game is an individual game. Buh-bye Heather and Kai. *squealz*

Poor North Dakota Adrian, she looks confused @ the quick turn of events. Two weeks ago she was roughin' it @ home. Last week she had a team, now she's flying solo.

Trainers come in. Trainer Bob notices Tenn Bob is gone. Damn he's observant. Good to see trainer Kim actually wearing red. The last few shows, I may not have updated here, but I did watch them, I noticed she was sporting other colors on her body and a red wristband. Wench.

Bob hugs it out w/the boys.

He says he's not joking w/the boy's in the gym today. Heyyy even's Bobs eyes are blue. Now he's on standing on Marty's back. Hey! That's a Trainer Jillian move. I think he want's her back as much as I do.

Trainer Kim is working the new people and NOT wearing red. Oh, her sneakers are red eyeroll

They do jumping squats…

When I say jump, you ask how high

Simply the best

Ok, it's crazy late, I *should* be in bed, but I promised all emails will be answered this weekend and welp, I'm gonna get it done.

But I had to stop, mid-reply to say, I truly have some of the nicest people reading my site. From the bottom of my heart, I mean it.

Only now am I reading the comments left on my goodbye cruel blogosphere entry.

To be honest, when my writing is vulnerable and heartfelt, it's kinda embarassing. I tend to close the browser and walk away. And when things are bad, my wallowing can tip me into full blown depression so I had to work hard to stay emotionally above water. It's only now that I feel strong enough to go thru them and they are all such touching and are making me smile, a global, Thanks All!, won't do. So while I'm personally writing each of you back, I just had to say it for the record on my site, y'all are great :)

Video Update

Topics covered:

  • When thing went out of control
  • Mortified @ Target
  • Wounded by my mom
  • Accepting slow & steady
  • Moving in a positive direction
  • Callie makes a suprise appearance
  • Preview of my new eating/exercise routine

Going Kit-razy

Yes I realize it's not exactly Friday and technically, Callie is a kitten ::nods head:: not a cat ::shakes head waves index finger:: let's just say I'm getting an early jump on the weekend. Besides, anything that gets me posting twice in a row for the first time in almost a month is enough to get past minor technicalities n'est pas? On w/the show!

****

I mean just cuz I have writer's block, further evidence of how blocked I was, I couldn't even think of the word to express what I felt, so I said, word-less...heh.

But yea, just cuz I gots ye olde writer's block doesn't mean kitty can't type.

byte me

Callie has been on quite an adventure in recent weeks. If you check out her flickr, as she's the only thing I take flicks of, she's gotten into the clothing rack. This clothing rack:

also hangs cats

Insane to the Membrane

I s'pose one of the key words in The Comeback Chick is, come back. *groan* Sorry y'all October was just my busy season. You know how tax people's season is April. And the beach's season is July and hot dog Season starts in May and the leaves even have a season in September? Well October is my busy season. Add to the fact that the end of the month is always hectic for me and I was doubly busy.

Oh and my mom came to town. Always a treat. So it threw my Sunday restart for a loop, which didn't just involve making myself familiar w/all sorts of cardio machines, but on a personal level I need to take care of things and couldn't get those done either.

Good news is, this is a 3 day weekend, so I can tackle those things on Friday and still have a full weekend ahead. I'll be back in the gym on Sunday. I'll have my healthy eats lined up Monday evening, more on that later, and as for posting here, I thought about it long and hard, and I'm going to cut back from the daily gab fest.

My training journal will have my exercise routine for the day, if any, fitday will have my daily eats and my pictorial blog will have the daily pudge pic and weigh in. That leaves me to just talk on the blog, and as I'm still feeling a bit word-less, taking the pressure of myself to write about a scintillating topic everyday helps. I'm thinking, for the rest of the year I'll post 2-3 times a week. (watch me do it daily once I get back into the habit…heh)

Ok, back on Sunday. For reals this time :) and I'm still going thru emails, all will get answered over the weekend!!
