To kick of my yearlong goal of 30 minutes of physical activity every day, my first my first 30 day challenge got it started. How'd I do?

Day 18 - Weight Lifting
Day 19 - Stationary Bike

The goal for the next 30 days, 1/31 - 3/1, is 30 Days of Love.
W/o getting into gory details, the majority of 2006 and most months in recent years, I haven't liked myself much. February is the month and love and very appropiate to do something nice for myself every day this month.

Atta girl!! You've got me beat on my 40 mins per day. The flu knocked me out for several days. But I've been back on the bandwagon and rockin' it too!

You are kicking butt and taking names!!
Maybe you can buy yourself some yummy smelling perfume or lotion - I use that as a reward for stuff all the time - that makes me feel very pampered. And go get a pedicure - I just recently got my first one (my first professional one) and man, it was HEAVEN!! Worth every penny!
