By the sole hair on my chinny chin chin, (what? don't all women have a hair or two on their chin?) I made it!

Week 12 was a rough one. I did NOT feel like working out. @ all! I did the bare minimum most days, like 30 mins of C25K and had to force myself to not plop down on the stationary bike. I woulda felt like such a doof if I threw it all away in the final week. So here I am savoring my first non scale victory of 2007.

Quarter 2 started up on 4/1. Later this week I'll lay out my physical goals. For now I paaaaarTAY...in a new pair of sneakers of course ;) I'll post a pic of them next Sunday.
