Nearly Normal

For the first time in about 3 weeks, today felt like the days when I had my rhythm going. I got up early, did my Couch to 5k and had a chilly banana-berry smoothie for breakfast...ahh...it gets no better than that.

I weighed in over the weekend, up 3lbs :O :sobs:

Not sure how "real" it is. For the first time in history, both the home scale and the scale @ the gym said the exact same things. Bastards.

But here's what I'm thinking.

The last 3 weeks of eating has been OFF THE HOOK! I mean I kept things reigned in as much as I could, but living w/o a kitchen, the new house is being renovated, has left me to eating once or twice a day and most of the meals, damn...all of them actually, have been fast food. So there.

Plus, it's that lovely TOTM for me right now *groans* I woke up RAVENOUS this AM, and compared to back breaking cramps, I much prefer that.

Lastly, my exercise, while I have gotten in *some* workouts, haven't been up to par w/the prior 3 weeks. My body demands me to move my ass 6x a week for @ least an hour before it dares to sweat of the pudge. I'm screwed.

Surprisingly, I'm not bitter or angry. I'm too hot and tired to mope. Alls I can do is try to get back to my pre moving out/moving in routine as quickly as I can. This week I'll try to rack up my 6 days a week, got 2 done already, HUZZAH!

And next week, I'll get back to being formal, meaning my workout times will be written in pen. When I started moving and all the surrounding stress, I knew I wouldn't be able to stick to my old routine, too much running around. Things have calmed down a bit and I'm adapting to the madness so I can spare some brain cells to get myself back on a solid schedule.
