I was sent a literal box of Fitness Swag, so the next few posts will be me catching up to doing the reviews.

Have you been looking for a nutritious answer to your sweet cravings? Show of hands. I know I have. Well I got my sweet tooth wrapped around Goody2Chews. The premise is:
Goody2Chews fruit & nut snack are bite-sized squares made from fruits, almonds and whey protein and coated with creamy caramel, chocolatey and yogurt coatings.
I sampled the Chocolatey, Yogurt and Caramel.
Admittedly, they don't look like typical candy and while the note on the back says it's ideal for the health conscious adult on the go, that'd be me, the site has a kid eating them and he reminds me of my godson and makes me wonder if my godson would like these, I think not. And that could be why eating them puzzles me. Not that it should really matter, but is it a kid treat? That'd be a hard sell in a generation raised on fruit roll ups. Do adults buy kid packaged snacks? Or when we snack, we SNACK, knowwhatImean?
Ok, this review is totally getting off topic, taste. I guess it should be a clue I'm stalling...
Caramel: first one I tried, and before I realized it was caramel, realized I didn't like it much. I don't like caramel outside my candy.
Chocolate: can't go wrong here. Plus it's a darker chocolate. Has a chewy protein bar kind of taste it.
Vanilla: much improved, I liked the coating. Detected bits of raisin? Didn't have the same after taste of the first two. By far the best.
Overall, they were okay. I think I'd like it better if it was in a bar. They really taste like bite sized protein bars and for some inexplicable reason, eating them in bite sized bits doesn't do it for me, yet if they took the same thing and made it whole, I think I'd be quicker to buy this vs. any other protein bar.
