By the sole hair on my chinny chin chin, (what? don't all women have a hair or two on their chin?) I made it!

Week 12 was a rough one. I did NOT feel like working out. @ all! I did the bare minimum most days, like 30 mins of C25K and had to force myself to not plop down on the stationary bike. I woulda felt like such a doof if I threw it all away in the final week. So here I am savoring my first non scale victory of 2007.

Quarter 2 started up on 4/1. Later this week I'll lay out my physical goals. For now I paaaaarTAY...in a new pair of sneakers of course ;) I'll post a pic of them next Sunday.

Man on man...3 weeks away from a new pair of sneaks. I'm really needing them @ this point. I don't even want to look inside, but last week something started sticking me in that soft area behind the ankle bone. On both feet. I think I've walked through the cushioning. Well, that and sometimes when I'm feeling lazy, I shove my feet and mash down the back of the sneakers and walk around in them. Just for kicks.
