Dusting off yet another old and forgotten category. I'll update it every 3 weeks and make not of anything significant that occured. May as well go back to FitDay which netted me all the fancy schmancy charts and graphs. Next update, August 12th.

I wasn't avoiding posting Week 6 & 7, I was away from my high speed connection and languishing on dial-up. Posting the daily pudge pics alone, took almost a ½ day. Below are the weigh ins for those two weeks.

Same as I said last week. Keep this huge drop from last week's weigh in in perspective. I was fasting during these two weigh ins. After 10 days, my fast ended yesterday. The more accurate weigh in's will resume next Sunday, as I'll have been eating for the week prior. I'll can also go back to mentally having 1-2lb losses as goals.

Considering how stressed I currently am, this is a teeny bleesing. If everything goes according to plans, when does it ever?!?!, I *should* @ least be back in the gym and get some cardio in this week. I'm going to play it by ear and try to get in @ least 45 mins, anything extra will be gravy. And 3 days will be gold.
Pontificating shall resume Tuesday.

Awwww...so close to another LOST episode, missed it by that much (.6lbs). Re: LOST, I didn't forget the incentive, I *earned* 3 episodes. As soon as time is back on my side, I'll get a chance to watch them...hopefuly by then I'd have earned 3 more ![]()

You know what's funny, I'm so wrapped up in other #'s, I'm barely registering the lbs one, only when one of you gals leave a comment (the sole guy just happily lurks
) that I do a double take and am like "Oh" But quickly go back to tracking minutes clocked, miles hoofed, calories burned. Doing it that way helps w/the whole, "Bu-bu-but I'm not loooooooooooooosing weight," whine I tend to eat w/my cheese... ![]()

Especially loving the new system of checking off my daily goal vs. posting what I did do and not making it. That single change of saying "my water goal is 1 gallon did I make it yes/no?" vs. "how much water I drank" made me drink 1 gallon of water 5 days this week and 4.5 another day!
So if I do my 90 mins cardio 5 days a week, keep my calories modest, I *should* consistently lose
Oh and hey, thanks for the support, I don't ask for it much, my comment policy prolly scares the piss outta most folks even saying peep...hee!...I'm really a sweet girl...but the little cheering on here and there helps!

It's been many moons since I dusted off this chart.

Ahh...my fave time of the week, # crunching. I swear in my 2nd life I was an accountant. Below the fold I'm going to list out mins spent sweating, miles clocked (not including biking) & water drank. It's enough to make any OCD person downright orgasmic ![]()

Starting today I'll update my weight weekly. Tomorrow I'm going to revamp the middle bar and make 2006 my starting point by removing last years stats.
