Routine #4
And so it continues...
Routine #4 is 6 weeks & begins on Sunday 7/10/05 & ends 8/20/05.
Cardio:
- 12-Week Fat-Burning Workout
- 6 out of 8 weeks of Muscle Media's HIIT
- Run 12 miles a week
Strength Training:
- 6 weeks of Slim in 6's Ramp it up. (3 weeks resistance bands/3 weeks 5lb weights)
Flexibility Training:
2-5 Sessions per week. Any combo of:
- 20 mins of Gentle Yoga and/or 11 mins of Slim & Limber

Routine #3
And so it continues...
Routine #3 is 8 weeks & begins on Sunday 5/8/05 & ends 7/2/05.
Cardio:
- 60 mins of cardio daily
- 20-45 mins preset treadmill program
- Body for Life's version of HIIT
- Run 9.5 miles a week
Strength Training:
- Kathy Smith Timesaver - Lift Weights to Lose Weight DVD (8lb weights)
Flexibility Training:
2-3 Sessions per week. Any combo of:
- 20 mins of Gentle Yoga and/or 11 mins of Slim & Limber

Routine #1And so it begins. My training is broken into blocks of weeks or months. Routine #1 consists of Cardio, Strength Training and Flexibility. I'll also build up my overall endurance by jumping rope 3 times a week.
Routine #1 is 10 weeks & begins on Sunday 1/23/05 & ends 4/2/05.
Cardio:
- Complete couch to 5k
- Walk/jog 1 hour every day
- Bike ride 30 mins twice a week
Strength Training:
- Power 90 weights 3 times a week
Flexibility Training:
- 20 mins of Yoga 3 times a week
Misc. Training:
- Jump rope 3 times a week
